Meet Nadia

Hello! I am a passionate and dedicated individual currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Sociology & Policy Studies at Mount Royal University. At FRONTIER Leadership, I am the Program Coordinator and Administrator, as well as a Research Assistant at Mount Royal University. As one of the youngest members on the team, I am committed to fostering a sense of belonging for the younger generation and emphasizing the importance of personal and community growth. My core values include inclusivity through knowledge, creativity, and empathic pursuits in everyday life.

My qualifications include strong time management, attention to detail, and technological proficiency for back-end administration. I excel in project management, organization, and customer service, both verbally and in writing. With robust formatting and editing skills, I am readily able to contribute to FRONTIER through collaboration and creativity.

For the past two years, I have been an integral part of Kristina's team, embarking on a transformative FRONTIER Leadership journey. Initially joining as a Program Coordinator and Administrator, I have flourished in this role under Kristina's guidance. She recognized my potential, allowing me to expand my understanding of community interactions, career management, and personal worth.
