She also provides organizational development consulting, talent management, and facilitation for management teams.
Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education, specializing in transformative learning and executive leadership coaching. She has presented her research at conferences and has been published in the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring. She is certified in the Leadership Circle 360 Assessment and Culture Survey. She is a past chair of the Ontario Association of Career Management and is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
