Jill Kirson is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with doctoral degree (Ed.S) in counseling and over two decades of experience in career management, executive coaching, and leadership development. Her diverse career has taken her across industries and borders, primarily in the USA and Canada, where she has served as a coach, counselor, recruiter, HR learning and development specialist, succession planner, and manager. Known for her compassionate approach, Jill encourages individuals to step beyond their comfort zones, take imperfect action, and view failure as an invaluable opportunity for growth. She works with new leaders, high-potential talent, mid- and senior-level professionals, and entrepreneurs at crucial points in their careers and lives.
Jill holds a master's degree in Counseling from The George Washington University and another in International Development from American University. Her expertise is enriched by specialized training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Positive Intelligence/Mental Fitness, and NLP – Parts Theory. She is particularly skilled in coaching clients with ADHD and other neurodivergence by providing a caring and customized approach to meet their unique needs.
Her professional journey includes significant multicultural experiences, from attending high school and university in Paris and Tel Aviv to recruiting for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a top law firm in Canada. With a professionally trained ear and a caring heart, Jill supports clients as they find clarity during transitions, and pursue authentic, sustainable success. Outside of her coaching practice, she is an avid fan of aqua yoga, hot yoga, and the outdoors, where she finds inspiration and balance.
