We are thrilled to announce some incredible news!

This exciting development enables us to enhance our support for women in leadership and business by forging partnerships and securing funding. Discover how you can take advantage of the CAJG to join our upcoming Fall Cohort.

Empowering Women's Careers: Leveraging the Canada Alberta Job Grant for Professional Advancement

The Canada Alberta Job Grant (CAJG) is a training subsidy program offered by the Government of Alberta to support employers in developing the skills of their workforce. The program provides financial assistance to eligible employers to offset 2/3rd of employee training costs.

1. Access to Funding for Professional Development: The CAJG offers financial support for training and skills development. The inclusion of the Career Advancement Series in the CAJG opens up opportunities for securing funding to enhance your professional skills, knowledge, and qualifications.

By applying for the grant, you can receive financial assistance to improve job performance and increase confidence in your abilities. You can share our program with your employer to choose the training program that best meets your development needs, and your employer will only have to cover 1/3 of the cost.

2. Increased Employability & Career Advancement: Our specialty training can help you upgrade your skills to help open doors to career advancement opportunities.

By acquiring new skills through our Negotiating Your Worth LDI, you can position yourself for promotion, salary increases, or new job and business opportunities, making you more marketable and increasing your chances of finding new employment or transitioning to a new career path.

3. Confidence and Empowerment: Investing in yourself is powerful! I often say to women looking to empower themselves, "Ask for what you want, and ask often!"

How confident in your value will you feel if you can ask your employer to support your professional development and significantly remove the cost barrier? You can have confidence that the program has been vetted and approved, not to mention a very proud group of graduates!

The Canada Alberta Job Grant can provide the resources and support needed to enhance your career, increase your employability, and achieve your professional goals. It can be a valuable personal and professional growth tool, enabling you to thrive in your industry.

The next cohort for the Women in Leadership: Career Advancement Series + Negotiating Your Worth LDI will run from this fall in person. Please feel free to connect with us to learn more.
